Visit the museum of esparto

Esparto industry was very important in Cieza in the 40s and 50s, Cieza is known as the city espastera. Many families that its predecessors have not had any family related esparto.
Today we visited the museum of esparto and showed us the whole process of manufacture of rope and other utensils from the collection of esparto to distribution of products made with esparto.

The First day

The first day, our friends from Poland came to our school and we had the first encounters with teachers and students. After we visited the mayor of Cieza and did a brief tour of the old town of Cieza and afternoon and we went hiking.
